After the 1st of each month, new employees will receive an email with a registration link. You are welcome to encourage the employee to register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is August 14th.
If the employment relationship has ended on the day The Annual Party is held, the employee is no longer eligible to participate.
If an employee is registered for The Annual Party and does not show up, the department will be charged a fee of 500 kroner.
The employee can cancel their registration in the app before the party in order to avoid the fee.
