Arrival, Parking, & Opening Hours
The site opens at 15:00 and closes at 01:00.
There are two entrances to the site that you can use, depending on which way you arrive from. The entrances are called Entrance East and Entrance South. When you approach the site, have parked your car or have gotten off the bus, you will meet staff who will guide you in the right direction. Please note that you will have to cross a road to get to Entrance East.
Always follow the instructions of the staff.

Expect a short wait as many will arrive simultaneously. It will take some time to get everyone in.
You will need your ticket AND your Novo Nordisk ID card.
Staff will scan your ticket and check your Novo Nordisk ID card at the entrance. Please be ready to show both at the entrance to ensure a quick entry for everyone.
You need to arrive no later than 19.00.
For safety and practical reasons, we kindly ask that guests do not go in and out of the gates once they have entered.
Please make sure to bring everything you will need with you when you arrive. This includes items like a sweater, sunglasses, medication, or other personal belongings you might need throughout the day/evening.
To make things easier, we provide a cloakroom where you can store your items during the event. We strongly encourage you to use this option so there’s no need to leave the area to pick up something later.

The address is Roskilde Dyrskue, Darupvej 19, 4000 Roskilde. Travel to Roskilde Station by train and walk to the bus stop Roskilde Station, Sygehuset, Ny Østergade. From here take bus 202A to Roskilde Handelsskole (Maglegårdsvej) and walk for about 13 minutes or take the 212 bus to Dyrskueplads (Darupvej) and walk for about 8 minutes.
If you're going home by public transport, you can take a free shuttle bus from the bus parking area by Entrance East at Darupvej to Roskilde Station. The shuttle bus starts running from the event area to Roskilde Station at 20:00 and will continue running throughout the evening as needed. It is not necessary to book a bus ticket for the shuttle bus.
Please note that you cannot take the shuttle bus in the opposite direction – from Roskilde Station to the party area.
Yes, there is free parking for private vehicles, disabled parking and parking for bikes close by the party area.
Yes. There is disabled parking right at Darupvej.
If you need to use disabled parking, please send an email before the party to annualparty@rfexperience.dk so we can secure a space for you.
Yes, parking is free.
If you are driving to the party and coming from the east on the Holbæk motorway, you must take exit 13.
If you are coming from the west, you must take exit 14.
From here, you must drive south down Ringstedvej, and turn left when you reach Gammelgårdsvej. At the roundabout, turn left onto Darupvej, where there will be signs and staff to show you the way.
If you are coming from somewhere else, please note that you cannot drive on Darupvej between Køgevej and Maglegårdsvej. This applies to both directions.
Yes, there will be free parking near the site. Parked cars will not be monitored and valuables in cars are at owners’ own risk.

Yes, you can be dropped off at our quick drop off point on Darupvej.
How to get there:
If you're driving to the party and approaching from the east via the Holbæk motorway, take exit 13.
If you're coming from the west, take exit 14.
From there, head south on Ringstedvej and turn left onto Gammelgårdsvej. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Darupvej, where signs and staff will guide you.
If you're arriving from another direction, please note that Darupvej is closed to traffic between Køgevej and Maglegårdsvej in both directions.
