How to best contribute to an Annual Party that everyone can enjoy in safety and comfort – without unwanted incidents.
- Take care when boarding buses
Look after yourself and your colleagues and be aware of bus traffic and other vehicles when boarding and getting off the buses.
- Familiarise yourself with the site
Check the site map and locate the emergency exits and the first aid station.
- Protect your ears
Consider using earplugs to protect your hearing – especially if you are close to the speakers. Earplugs are available from the staffed wardrobe at the East Entrance.
- Stay hydrated
Make sure to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated, especially if it’s hot or you’re dancing a lot.
- Know your limits
Enjoy the music and atmosphere but be mindful of your alcohol intake and know your own limits.
- Look after yourself
Avoid sitting on shoulders, climbing on tables or benches, or throwing objects, as this poses unnecessary risks to yourself and your colleagues.
- Look after each other
If you see a colleague in need of help, do not hesitate to contact security staff in blue shirts or assist them to the first aid station located in the north-east corner of the site, in the Gathering Grounds area.
- Stay informed
Watch out for messages on the screens near the stages and keep up to date with safety and weather announcements.
- Plan your transport
Arrange safe transport to and from the party if you are not using the shared buses organised by Novo Nordisk. Find out about the practical arrangements for travelling to and from the event by car, including parking, access routes and more.
Remember to have fun – but stay aware of your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues at the Annual Party.
