There are paramedics and safety hosts on site if you need assistance.
The paramedics are located in the First Aid Station at Gathering Grounds near Entrance East.
Safety hosts are all around the venue, particularly near the stages and entrances. They are easily identifiable in blue t-shirts, black trousers, and black pullovers with "safety" written on the back. If the weather is cold or wet, they will be wearing a blue outer jacket.
There will be a First Aid Station on site located at Gathering Grounds near Entrance East.
Contact the First Aid Station directly or ask a safety host for assistance.
Safety hosts can assist you if you’ve had an unpleasant experience or if someone has behaved inappropriately. They are present to ensure a good and safe party experience.

Yes, The Annual Party will go ahead if it rains.
The Danish weather is unpredictable, so keep an eye on the weather forecast and prepare accordingly. Remember sunscreen, sunhat, and sunglasses if the sun is shining. Bring rain gear and wellies if the forecast suggests rain. And don't forget a warm jumper or jacket for the cool evening and if it is windy.
There are fire extinguishers located around the party area, and they are signposted and visible from a distance. If you discover a fire, you should contact the security staff and, if possible, try to extinguish the fire without putting yourself in danger. You are also always welcome to call 112.
Always familiarize yourself with the nearest fire extinguisher and emergency exit.
The emergency exits are marked on the map here on the event site/in the app and will be signed on site.
Make sure to follow instructions by safety personnel in case of evacuation.
In case of emergency, you should follow the instructions from the safety crew and look for information on the screens.
