Transport
You can choose to sign up for bus transportation when you register for the party. You can sign up for bus transportation on the event site or in the app until August 14th.
You cannot exchange your bus ticket with someone else as the ticket is personal.
You can only change your bus ticket if there are seats available on other buses.
You can edit your registration on both the event page and in the app.
You do this by clicking “Edit registration”, from where you can change to another available departure.
The change must be made before August 14th
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the planned bus routes.
You must show your bus ticket, which is linked to your Annual Party ticket, either digitally or printed.
We encourage you to download the Annual Party 2026 app where you can find a digital version of your entrance- and bus ticket.
If you have registered for the bus to the party, the information will be on your ticket.
If you have also registered for the bus home from the party, it will also be stated on your ticket, where there will be a color that shows which bus you are taking.
Keep an eye on the signs at the site or ask the skilled employees. They are wearing blue uniforms with an RFX logo on them.
We can only guarantee you a seat on the bus you have booked, but it is possible to change your bus registration to another departure, if there is space available on other buses.
You can do this by editing your bus ticket in the app or on the event site. The seat you have booked will remain yours until you have chosen another available seat. Please note that the deadline for changing your bus registration is August 14th.
There will also be shuttlebuses to Roskilde Station throughout the evening, which you will be more than welcome to use.
If there are no more seats on your desired departure, you will unfortunately need to choose another departure time.
You are not allowed to take a bus departure for which you have not booked a ticket.
The bus transport is carefully planned to meet as many needs as possible and unfortunately the buses can't be rescheduled.
The bus schedule is planned so that everyone can make it to the opening speech at 19:00. However, we cannot plan around unforeseen traffic issues.

If a departure is sold out, this will be indicated in the overview.
Unfortunately, there will not be any additional bus departures as there are no more buses available on the day of the Annual Party.

If you have also booked a bus ticket for the return journey, please pay attention to the signs on the site and go to the bus that matches the colour shown on your ticket.
Buses to Copenhagen depart from the parking area by Entrance East. All other buses depart from the bus parking area north of the site.

Yes. The shuttle bus will start driving from the party area to Roskilde Station at 20:00 and will continue throughout the evening as needed. You can catch the shuttle bus from the bus parking area north of the party site. It is not necessary to book a bus ticket for the shuttle bus.
Please note that you cannot take the shuttle bus in the opposite direction - from Roskilde Station to the party area.

If you're going home by public transport, you can take a free shuttle bus from the bus parking area north of the site to Roskilde Station. The shuttle bus starts running from the event area to Roskilde station at 20:00 and will continue running throughout the evening as needed. It is not necessary to book a bus ticket for the shuttle bus.
If you are driving home from the party, you should expect heavy traffic near the site when the party ends. We encourage carpooling. You can use the Nabogo carpooling app. Read more here.
